I extracted ISO by simple winrar. No problem. But result was not read like simple movie. All movies (VOB) were possible to read separatety.
I found solution. I'm DOS generation user ;) so I just made binary sum of all VOB files (copy /b source1 +...+ sourceN destination). Result -> simple VOB. Works ...

Unfortunelly not. My NAS (RAID Lenovo ix4-300s) is not reading ISO files like multimedia and delivery of them by uPnP does not work :(
