Re: Problem converting MKV file

Thanks for the tips. I tried converting the MKV file to MP4 using VideoToVideo but I was getting some sync problems between the audio and video. I read somewhere that newer MKV files have some additional "coding" added that make it difficult to covert. Also, I have found that trying to &qu...

Problem converting MKV file

I have an MKV file that I tried to convert. The process goes to completion but the "converted" video has an issue
with video freezing while the audio continues. I am using 7.0.0.68.

Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks.

Custom Menu Template doesn't allow picture background

Hi All! It's been a while since I posted anything. I LOVE CXD and continue to use it frequently. I am running the current version 7.0.0.64 and I believe I found a problem. After I created a Menu Template. I tried to add a picture to the background and was not able to do so. It allows me to add a vid...

Adding a font

I could not find the answer to this anywhere so perhaps someone can help me. I am using CXD 7.0.0.40. I'm trying to "load" a font called WindDings so that I can add some "symbols" to the menus. I have tried several ways to do this but I cannot seem to make it work. Any suggestion...

Re: User Guide Updated?

Hi Felicia,

Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear about Claire and Annelise leaving the VSO
team. They seemed to be dedicated to making this product useful for all of us,
as does everyone there.

Sincerely,
Michael Burns

User Guide Updated?

Is there a current User Guide available for Version 7? The last one I saw was for Version 6.

Thanks!

Re: ConvertXtoDVD - beta version 7.0.0.24

Just downloaded this new Version. Using the Series (TV Episodes), I attempted to change the text on the Main Menu from Bonus to Special Features. When I saved the project and reopened it, the text reverted back to Bonus. Note: Same thing happens on the Modern Template. I assume that this happens for...

Re: Slight Jerky Motion after Burning DVD

Sorry for the confusion. I tried burning a regular (non-HD) video and got a similar
result. I think I have a bad disc or an old DVD burner. I will try again with a new disc
and new burner see what happens.

Hello Claire,

I am so sorry!!! I posted this to the wrong forum. It should have been

Do you want me to repost it there?

Thank you!

Slight Jerky Motion after Burning DVD

Hi all, love CXD and use it for many projects. Also, the support team and users are very helpful when it comes to advice. Forgive me if this has been asked and answered previously. I downloaded a relatively long file (2+ hours). The original video (AVI) appears to have excellent quality (I think it'...
