after converting a movie from mkv format to dvd or blue-ray using convertx it will not play in vso media player. says it does not recognize the disc. it plays in vlc media player and on my blu-ray player connected to my tv. any suggestions ? thanks

trying to create a bluray disc. input is an mkv file ripped from a bluray. viewing the mkv file the audio is fine. after i create a bluray disc via convertxtohd the audio is out of synch. i have convertxtohd audio setting at automatic. is there something else i should do ? thanks
