Does this tool affect the quality of h265 file? The ouput h264 file still has the same quality as the h265 file, doesn't it? I was quite disappointed with the results of this tool from an H265 source - blocky and pixelated in my H264 result. It's apparently a "one-click" GUI which doesn't...

I have faced this also, particularly with .MP4's vs. .MKV's. Agree with Nemesh's post above that I think it's a frame/keyframe issue. Some videos "begin" and jump (even in preview - this is how I can tell what files it will happen to) anywhere from 5 to 12 seconds. My fix is to re-encode/t...
