Sothink Media has a Blu Ray creator type program. It has some basic functionality and will make a Blu Ray 25/50 gig or burn your HD media onto a DVD5/9 but it does not do subtitles unless they are hardcoded into the video (and you cannot turn them off) which a lot of us don't want have a decent menu...
