I get the same message as dosibo51 too. It also does not automatically find files like it use to when running a VPN. To use the software now I have to copy and paste each each web site link into Downloader 5.0.1.56 for the program to work. Automatic detection does not work.

Benjamin, I did the Reset confirmation dialogs as you suggested. The dialog box is now popping back up like it used to and is saying "VSO media player is not installed, would you like to install it now?". So I am back to the problem of the software will not using my installed media player ...
