In ConvertXtoDVD 4 there is an option to set the background color on the title and caption entries that seems to be missing in ConvertXtoHD.

This is an issue for me when I use a custom background on the menu.

Is there a way to change the menu title and caption background colors? This is an option in ConvertXtoDVD but is missing in ConvertXtoHD.
