thinks for replying no it did not i've tried all suggestions and nothing. reinstalled 3 times

hi Claire how are you? i was told about that and have tried numerous media never before attempted that icon top right says streaming active i've tried from utube emptied all casche but there was only a couple of ads i'd never seen and thats it. all other remedies suggested tried them too, but no joy...

hi Benjamin Annelise tried that it work on her computer but it will not on mine hpe210f pavillion recently had motherboard installed

i have reinstalled and program will not detect media even if i enter url it say no media detected on this page
