how do i get the log if it wont even load any videos?

Well right now its sitting at loading files 1 of 2 it hasn't even loaded them into it, Ive tried other files smaller and shorter and they were doing the same thing

Im dragging 2 video files into it and its going really slow. its at the pre-loading menu thing and it sits there for a few hours then it starts with the videos and does them for atleast 6 hours then when trying to edit menu wont go any farther just sits and tries to load. Any idea whats going on? on...

That's whats odd I have downloaded it multiple time multiple files its always the same episode I can figure out why its just that episode Ive gotten different versions of this episode its weird I originally thought it was a corrupt file so I tried again but its the same issue

I keep trying to use this episode I have used different versions and sizes 720p 1080p etc. but I keep getting the same thing on this 1 episode "A Problem Occurred During The Process" Any idea what I am doing wrong?
