First I'm requested to activate SSL support:

Then I get following error message around OpenSSL:

The issue is with version 5.0.1.56 as this is the last one I could find in VSO library.

After having installed VSO Downloader on a new laptop (Windows 10 Home), once I start application, I'm requested to activate HTTPS/SSL.
There I receive following event message: "Unable to load OpenSSL" followed by "SSL certificate is not installed in the Windows store".
