That's what I can't understand, either.
I always used to merge lots of different titles and it used to code it no problem, but now, whenever I try, it fails.
It is every time with different titles, not just the same ones over & over gain.
Whenever I try more than 2 titles, it fails now & it's ...

Re: Code more than 2 files?
I have (sort of) sorted it out ....
I WAS adding the first file (of 7 TV episodes) then using "Merge files to the selected titleset" - more than 2 files merged made it fail, for some reason.
This time I just Added video files to make new titlesets - that worked to put all 7 episodes on one DVD ...

Re: Code more than 2 files?
Aaaarghhhh - deleted 7.0.0.77 & installed 7.0.0.78
Added 7 MP4s - Failed halfway through AGAIN.
This is doing my head in, especially when I used to be able to put loads of files & code it to 1 DVD!
I have sent a ticket off to VSO, but they didn't reply to my last one, so I don't think they will ...

Re: Code more than 2 files?
Yeah - did that - individual files code perfectly, but if I try to code 3 or more good files (they're all mp4 files), it fails.
It is doing my head in, to be honest!

Re: Code more than 2 files?
Hi again,
If I code one at a time (or 2 at a time) it codes them perfectly, but as soon as I add another file, it fails.
It's really irritating not being able to do ONE DVD disc with 6 or 7 episodes on it, rather than 4 discs with 2 episodes each, to be honest!

Code more than 2 files?
Hi,
I am trying to code mp4s (or mkvs) to DVD format.
The programme used to code as many files as I wanted, but now if I try to do more than 2 files at a time, it fails every time.
Why is that?
How can I code more than 2 files to make a DVD?
Thanks.
Ian

A while ago, it worked perfectly, but now, it will convert 2 files, but if I try to do more than 2 onto one DVD format, it fails every time.

Re: Conversion Failed
Hi again
Avidemux seems to be working fine ... BUT:
I've got another TV series with (I assume) hardcoded subtitles (no separate srt file) - is there a way to make sure that avidemux "sees" the subtitles, because after I have run the mkv files through avidemux, I can't see the subtitles, which is ...

Re: Conversion Failed
dbminster thank you.
Got avdemux & converted 3 files (that'd didn't code as a set of 3 before) to mp4 (it didn't like converting to avi for some reason.
ConvertXtoDVD converted all 3 files to DVD format fine.
I still can't understand why it suddenly decided to come up with the fail, when it's ...

Re: Conversion Failed
Hi & thanks for your replies.
It's weird - 2 files at a time - no problem - 3 files? Fail.
I tried it with 3 other files (all Netflix TV episodes) and they failed too, even though the first time I coded them, it worked - I've got a new download of ConvertXtoDVD & it still failed.
Arggghhh

It's so strange - just tried to code episodes 5, 6, 7 - failed again.
Did 5, 6 then 7, 8 - success.

I think the files are okay - I 'coded' episodes 1, 2, 3 (failed), then did 1, 2 and 3, 4 (no problem).

Audible/Visible Alarm after conversion?
Hi,
I am using ConvertXtoDVD v7, and whenever I used to convert mp4s, MKVs, AVIs etc etc to DVD format, when it finished, I used to get a "your conversion has finished" audio message with a pop up box saying the same - suddenly, that has stopped happening, even though it still converts everything ...
