Could be some sort of hardware fault with your computer causing the issue. Has VSO seen the logs?


Just all of a sudden after 4 years of using this software, suddenly I have a hardware issue? No VSO hasn't seen the logs. My next step is support.

Update: I did a remote with support and ...

Even using the method of adding from a file the program still goes unresponsive and ultimately closes.
