I think the start button being greyed out is fixed in the latest beta

Considering file size.
Not bad on mobile.

But I can do better with other s/w.
File size larger , of course.

Another thing it only appears to work on the above BD.
With others the "Start" button greyed out.

I am trying to install 2.1.0.5

Installation works without problem but asks for a key.

My key will not work. Sometimes I am told it is invalid - other times I am told that the key is for an old version.

I follow the steps to get an UPGRADED key but the key that arrives is the same as the OLD key ...

Key not working with latest beta 2.1.0.3.
Retrieve key shows both versions of Blu-ray converter.
But only (old) stable key for DVD converter.

Have tried retrieving key, but this had no affect.
Just stated how key was for version 1.
Had links on how to purchase upgrade/new key etc.
