I'm really sorry to have taken your time with this, but I just noticed this morning that this disc isn't a Blue-ray after all. Thanks for your time and I'll try to pay better attention the next time.

I am unable to install your Blueray Converter Ultimate Beta. Well, it installs, but my key doesn't work with it. Is this particular product for beta testers or gold members only?

I finally have a successful conversion and burn, of The A Team, with Blue-ray to DVD, version 1.1.0.17.

Program crashes at "Building dvd menu chapters page", with latest version 1.1.0.7
I don't think I'll try again...just including this info if it may help you. It converts the movie fine and I can just use another software to burn it. Thanks for your time!

Tried again with the latest version 1.1.0.7 without success. Changing any settings has no effect.

This time the movie was converted with your latest version (1.1.0.0), but crashed at the point of preparing to burn. It stopped at the point where it was building dvd menu and showed a time of 13hrs 30min 29sec left to go, but this is farther along in the process than the previous attempt. I tried ...

It seems I can't use my key to install this version...says it's not a valid key for this version.

I tried it a second time with the new version, with the same result, but it does finish the conversion (as did the previous version) process, so I am able to later burn the movie to dvd. I'll include the info again, incase it may be of some help to you. It crashed at ...
