Maybe you get out of sync problems BEFORE writing to disc. But I was adressing Wolf-man451 issue not yours. He has the problem AFTER writing to disc. And no, the problem still hasn't be fixed. If I create I BD with the Dolby Atmos audio, the player crashes.
When I replace the Dolby Atmos audio with DTS-HD MA, the playback is fine.
So, ConvertXtoHD doesn't mux Dolby Atmos properly.

The BDInfo is from the retail full BD.
I work here with the movie-only version created by TsMuxer > Video, 1 Audio Track (Atmos) and 1 subtitle stream.
That one is added to 3.0.0.73/73 with the small menu.
With both versions after conversion there is no audio.

The new version (3.0.0.74) converts the movie/episodes fine. However, when the movie/episoded are converted, ConvertxToHD 3.0.0.0 should create the menu. But 3.0.0.74 version aborts and notifies me that there is a problem. Also test several older projects overhere and all reported the same problem. ...

You are using a mkv and NOT a Blu-Ray structure.
So the settings you are using do NOT apply.

Extract the .iso file I send you.
That is Blu-Ray structure and then you use: 'Try to copy only if source is compliant'

Set both Subtitle & Audio option to: (Disabled) Always Encode
The option you now selected is for Blu-Ray compatible structure.
As you are using a MP4 and you current setting this will not work.
If possible, Enbale Hardware Acceleration.
