Sent a couple of emails directly to VSO last week with no response. Not a user friendly operation...... They're "not in sync" just like their product.

Still no help from VSO!!! I just tried the trial version of DVDfab and IT WORKS PERFECTLY WITH AUDIO/VIDEO SYNC AND GREAT PICTURE. I think VSO better get their act together....you're falling behind, big time. I don't think your converter is tuned to the latest/greatest equipment (checkout my specs) ...

I downloaded 2.0.0.11 but it seems to be a trial version and limited to 10 minutes. I put in my key but it didn't accept it!!!
