OK, some interesting results.. all at 1080p MKV conversion, 8000kbps video
My GTX640: 35fps
Friend's GTX660Ti: 80fps
So I can assume this NVENC system is being used... Now to try with a 680 :D

are you planning to convert to DVD, and play those on a Cinavia-enabled player? Otherwise I don't see how Cinavia can become a problem, AFAIK it does not affect other formats like MKV... Yes, the protection code will still be infused in the audio track, but the likelihood of your player software or ...
