the source file was remuxed from original blu ray to mkv. i believe it should be progressive video. mediainfo shows a 23.976 framerate

can i adjust the bitrate beyond 12,960 kbps. i have a 20,000 kbps file that i want to play on a 65 inch tv and i want the best quality. im encoding an mkv to avchd. i have created a custom profile using "copied if possible" should the video just be remuxed with the source bitrate. i have tried to ...
