Odd, since that is what I did (guess I am not *totally* stupid after all lol), but the custom profile isn't showing up there even repeating the process or after a pc reboot. Lucky for me, it doesn't matter, since your first suggestion was the winner. :-)

Thanks!! When I found the create custom profile from sample file function, I thought it would solve my problem, but it didn't work for me either.
I downloaded the rar, extracted to an xml file, then moved it into the custom profile folder of the program. I assume that will allow me to select the ...

Yeah, I only ask for help as a last resort. I tried all that before posting here,
I really need VSO to let me know if any of their stock or custom configurations are capable of outputting to match the specs. At this point, I kind of guess the answer will be No and I will have to give up on the idea ...
