The above You Tube video is not downloading. I get a red bar that says "download error".

Do you have an alpha version of v.6 that replaces the paid version of v.5 that I have? Do I have to pay again?

Almost all the files I download are extremely slow to download. What's going on?

Your downloader will not work with videos from gfl.tv . I am using the latest version of the program with the latest Internet Explorer and Windows 7 Home Premium. Here is an example you can test:

I switched browsers from MSIE 11 to the latest version of Firefox, and the program is detecting for the time being. VSO is not detecting anything, even the test video. I clean the cache before using it and it still doesn't work. The only way to get it working is to reboot the computer whenever I want to use VSO, and that's a little bit much. What's happening?
