Which Nvidia Driver package, or does it matter?
Is there any advantage to using the Studio Drivers for a Nvidia RTX 2070 when working with ConvertXtoVideo, or will the gaming drivers work just as well?

RX 2070 and BR output
I have upgraded my system, and now have a Nvidia RX 2070, along with a Ryzen 2700 and 32G of memory. When I create a full BR, it is only 13-15G in size. I had a problem before, where the new NVidia drivers put no video output in the built images, so I downgraded my drivers to a version from Nov. Tha...

Re: 64 beta bugs
Never mind, I have found the issue. For those of you following along at home, the clue was in the symptoms. DVDs are OK, but BR are not. WHat is the difference in how VSO programs treat those two? DVD creation can only use CPU, while BR creation can use Cuda cores or NWEs. I did a clean install of a...

Re: 64 beta bugs
And that did not work either. In looking into the BR Folder structure, none of the .m2ts files had any video. Audio only. That explains the small size I guess. Now, why are neither of my BR writing programs no outputing video? I am building a DVD in ConvertXtoVideo to see if IT will have video. Oh, ...

Re: 64 beta bugs
Hmm, well, I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now with the same result. I am trying to make a BR using ConvertX to Video Ultimate (yeah, I bought licenses for both, don't ask). Can I at least get a link to the real last stable release? As I said, the link at the top of the form SAYS it goes to...

64 beta bugs
Okay, so I have tried reinstalling CXHD twice now, after a full install, and I'm still dealing with the following problem. Full 1080p HD BR discs that are generated are only 2.3G in size, instead of the 23G. No setting seems to affect. And the release link to go back to previous version only downloa...

Re: ConvertXtoVideo - latest beta version 2.0.0.92
Just installed the latest beta, and now only the first entry in the history shows. THere's a place for all the others, but no text. I know, I know, that's not very clear. I'm attaching a screenshot. I am loading DVD folders, and saving out MP4's from it.
thanx in advance

Re: New ConvertXtoVideo 2.0.0.59 BETA version
Version 59b has fixed the problem! I am SO happy! This program is so much faster than MakeBR, and gives me much more control.
Thank you!

Okay, so here are some snaps for your editification.
The graphics card is, as the optimization screen says, a MSI GTX 970.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Re: New ConvertXtoVideo 2.0.0.57 BETA version
Tried installing V57b over 56. Tried to build a Blu-Ray 1080p from group of files. Stops at exactly the same place. Uninstalled V56 and installed V57, rebooting in between. Tried to build a Blu-Ray 1080p with a different group of files. Still stops with 3rd converted file at 100% but never moves on,...

I just tried to do the exact same project, but with hardware optimisation turned back on. Actually I started it and left. When I came back, it says that it'll finish in 18H7M and expanding.

Re: New ConvertXtoVideo 2.0.0.54 BETA version
Yes, I have done that. And it does not exhibit the problem. But I'm only doing this to aid you in troubleshooting. Obviously, giving up the conversion speed of a 970 is not acceptable. I cannot take over 5 hours for every creation job. Oh, and before you ask, thanx to GeForce Experience, I know I ha...

Re: New ConvertXtoVideo 2.0.0.54 BETA version
Okay, what is going on? Version 54 worked fine. I launched it last week, and it says there's a new version 55. I install it, and it seems to work fine for awhile, while pulling MP4s from DVD images. Until I try to make a 1080p blu=ray disc. THen it won't complete. COnverts the first two files fine, ...

Re: New ConvertXtoVideo 2.0.0.48 BETA version
The latest beta (48) creates DVDs with no audio, even though source files have audio. If I click on the eng, I get Access violation at address 0147021A in module 'vsoVideoConverter.exe." Read of address 00000000.

Anyone else experiencing locking errors with B47
Even when the files are removed from ConverXtoVideo, after a conversion, they cannot be deleted until ConvertXtoVideo is closed.
Anyone else seeing this, or should I uninstall and reinstall again?

Re: New ConvertXtoVideo 2.0.0.27 beta version
You know, I liked it better when the File - Open from DVD Structure automatically deleted something from the list if it wasn't there anymore, rather than having to go into Options to clear the history every 10-15 jobs or so.

Re: Suddenly gettng a new error
I'm rather embarrassed to admit I figured it out.
The program REALLY wants to be run as Administrator. If I do that, all is well.
I would suggest that the icon the installer drops might make that adjustment itself, but other than that, all is well.
