You did not read the LOG there is nothing wrong with my Pioneer burner. It took 22 hours to get to the state that burning could start.
If I wanted to use other software, why would I bother to use ConvertXtoHD.

Yesterday to create and burn the blu-ray took a very long time upwards of 15 hours. I do not know where to find the log file as proof.
I am using windows 8.1 on an intel i7 processor with 4 gig memory. Video card is Nvidia Geforce GT220
