Support for SCTE-27 Subtitles DigiCipher II (DCII)

I have a cable box that records unencrypted streams in trp format (TRP is a TS container without PAT/PMT).
Some channels have subtitles in DVB format, which are instantly recognized in ConvertXtoHD and ConvertXtoDVD.
Other channels will have subtitles in DCII, which isn't recognized by both softwares.

It would be awesome if you guys could add support for this type of subtitles.

I tried to attach some sample video files but I couldn't. It kept giving me a timeout error and I'm not allowed to publish external links...
