My O.S. is Windows 7 x64 Dutch. The last version that did not have this problem was version 5.0.1.46 of VSO Downloader.

Error message VSO Downloader v5.0.1.48
Again a new version of VSO Downloader. But also with this new version I get a French error window every time I try to start the program.
