Perhaps you are not aware what a complicated job it is to build over and over this kind of .media software. Plus developing other software.

"Some other brand" has hd plus DVD plus its a converter testing it i bought a copy it has three settings for conversion to DVD high quilt standard guilty and fit to disk

sorry out of topic, but can we get menu like in version 5? i don't like the menus option in version 7. many variety but nothing interesting. is just the same style.
btw, how come newer version takes longer in converting? in early ver 5 is faster than ver 7. one movie takes about 2 hours now. is CXD design for high end computer? I am using low end laptop with only 2GB ram.

In version 7 you can design your menus by using the menu editor. You can also save your created menu template for future use.
I think the menu editor is one of the best features in version 7, which makes this version outstanding.

i like making templates but who has an hour to do it have some more templates so you have a more selection so you don't loose an hour

Robert, You don't lose an hour. You will have an hour of fun. That is if it takes that long to produce a menu template.
The menu editor on version 7 is very powerful. Intact it is one of the best and easiest I have ever worked with.

i hope the disk vs disc swap doesn't mean a DVD is now labelled as "disk". That's improper terminology

one of my files were corrupted it would not work in covertxtodvd but i converted it and it seams to work now same size same format i don't no why it works now but its a season and i wanted to see it!?

Hi,
I think there is something wrong with version 7.0.0.52 since last Windows update or its possible also with my last bios update.
the converting of the mkv files goes ok but when i play them in my dvd player the episodes play only for couple minutes and then the screen freezes and they stop.
i rolled back to version 7.0.0.40 and everything is ok they play fine.
so i dunno what the problem is with version 7.0.0.52 its the same after a reinstall of windows 10

there's a conversion random abort problem with .52 especially if ur using subs

I'm using version 7.0.0.52. I have just converted a MKV movie file and it played without problems.
I am on Win 10 too.

The topic i listed to is mine, and had 4 titles to be converted. ALL 4 had subs, Title 1/4 had the issue, 2-4/4 didnt.

yeh i know it played fine before the update so i dont know what the problem is with the program
likei said earlier i rolled back and everything is fine
