Does it work with no HWA?
What happens if you invert the episodes?

I have a similar issue, but with NVENC.

With H/W optimizations disabled, the encoders run till completion without an issue.

If you are keeping count, I have the same issue with ConvertX to HD. Using Quicksynch produces errors with multiple videos in the queue.

Come to think of it - I have been having the same issue with BluRay Converter in case that helps your case here. I am going to post in the correct area after one more test.

The continuing issues with Quicksync and converting a number of videos into a single Blu Ray structure, for example, 5 videos. I set my QuickSync instances to 2 (or 1 or 3 or 4). Everything works fine - fast encoding - but as soon as one video encoding ends allowing another to start, the application halts with the message (and I can't recall exactly) "project cancelled by user".

This still happens with the latest updates, and across all programs that can do this. But it does NOT happen when I convert to a DVD. Here I can use QuickSynch with impunity.

It has become obvious that either VSO no longer cares, or no longer has the ability to fix bugs in any meaningful time frame. I would think at the very least, a response about progress or intention is needed at this point. 2 months now since the last set of betas.

I installed 3.0.0.66, quick sync still doesn't work. My cpu (3570) is almost 3 times faster, so its not running. Quick sync Works fine on another video encoder.
