Converted MKV to BluRay Not Complete

I've been converting MKV files to BluRay. I've confirmed the MKV files play to the end of the movie but the resulting BluRay does not play to the end. The process shows it has completed with no reported errors. What could be wrong?

How does the MKV file play for you? And how large is it?
