a different dvd whithout menu

I need a dvd whithout menu containing 23 videos so that:
If I press number 5 on the control and fifth video plays
If I insert number 23 on the control the 23th vdeo plays
If I insert number 10 on the control the 10th video plays
... and so on ...
Is this possible?

The reason is that the screen is a lot off meters away from the dvd device and is difficult to see it.

I don't think this is easy to achieve. Menu is a good thing, why don't you like it?
