media player does not recognize disc created with convertx

after converting a movie from mkv format to dvd or blue-ray using convertx it will not play in vso media player. says it does not recognize the disc. it plays in vlc media player and on my blu-ray player connected to my tv. any suggestions ? thanks

Have you tried to play one before?
If it doesn't work then there might be a probability that it is incompatible.
