Problem with Dick Name

I start a new project and save it under its new name.But when I go do to the Conversion, the disk name shows up as that of my last project? WHat am I doing wrong. How can I fix this.

1) Open Settings.
2) General
3) Bottom of right window. Disable Import file metadata ......
