moving program to new computer from failing old computer

i have a Gateway windows 7 computer that is failing, have purchased new HP windows 10 computer as replacement and am moving programs one-by-one to new computer.

as some may know, windows 10 no longer has a transfer utility to move programs seamlessly from one computer to another, so I am having to do each program manually.

how do i install (or move) ConvertXtoVideo 2 from the failing win7 unit to the new win10 unit? the existing registration key is declared to be invalid when i enter as an install. How do i get a transfer/re-install friendly key - or what means do i use to move the program from machine to machine?
