I´m using ConvertX ver 7.0064 and I was wondering how to view or know where the video file used on project´s NAME and LOCATION of a saved project after it is loaded.

What do you mean?
File name and location is the same, original file stays where you loaded it from.
Conversion result is where you define in the settings.
