Localiation Editor - Impossible to connect to the repository

Hello.

I have a big problem with Localisation Editor.

The problem is very simple (tested on two fiber FTTC connection at office with consumer line and in my home).

Then I ran Localisation Editor (ex. for many VSO sofwtare) and click on Online Repository.
Then I used also

my profile (user/password)
editloc (as user) just to test reading option

I got always an error that it’s impossible to connect to the repository.

It report some suggestion like open port 3306/ check library file/etc.

Note: Please take care until one month ago I didn’t get this error and nothing is changed about connection.
