Serious BUG Need some advice please

I have spent hours trying to establish the reason why, sometimes the custom background audio plays ok during simulation and other times the audio bar appears for 2%3 seconds then disappears, with no background audio played.

I have deduced the actions that cause this problem are, changing the visibility of settings and or chapter buttons, moving the play button to a different screen position or changing the play button font etc.

Any of the above actions prevent the background audio being played. I have tried several different menus with the same result, this wasn’t an issue with your older versions

Can create my videos perfectly, but without background audio.

that's because the address is wrong. the TLD isn't .fe, it should be .fr as in support@vsosoftware.fr

Looks like a typo by the OP. The E and R keys are right next to each other.

Who is Alice ?
Perhaps you mean Claire. If you mean Claire, she has left VSO months ago.
Now there is Maggie, who is looking after the forum, beside most of the other work.
