update past 7.0.0.61 wont use ssd as working folder.
this is an ongoing issue. i can't update past 7.0.0.61 or it won't let me use my cx2dvd dedicated 750gb ssd drive (D:) as working folder. this is getting frustrating i have tried everything i can think of but it just says working folder not accessible or not enough space or something like that. can anybody please help me? i'm stuck in 2018.

Set working folder as D:\CxD or similar, not D:\

Can you MOVE files to AND from your SSD with no problems, with a simple program such as Windows File Explorer? Have you run a chkdsk on that drive and your boot drive? You might have alot of lost clusters taking up space.
Also check your hdrive maker for a firmware update and for other utilities specific to SSD's, since they operate differently than mechanical hdrives. Is your motherboard BIOS setup properly for your SSD?
Also scan ALL drives for virus/malware. Pornhub likes to throw stuff at you......not saying you've been there, just using that as an example.
Also check this link, which talks about too many files in the ROOT folder of a hdrive, I have seen/fixed this problem before:
