Forced Subtitles in Blu-Ray 1080p format?

Hello everyone,,
Is it possible to add forced subtitles to a Blu-Ray 1080p project? I see the option to add subtitles in the project window but I do not know if these are forced or not? Any help would be appreciatedsnaptube.cam/ syncnet.onl/telegram-web/ 9apps. Thanks!!!
