Log shows critical info

Would this be because of the video file itself or some issue.

Two logs show this issue and one does not.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Could you try a clean/fresh install of our last version:

Please check all three cleaning options. (see attached screenshot)

Well I tried going back to version 64, same result on log critical info. So I went back to v69, but I guess too many registrations because now I'm getting message in "about": Limited version, Software Registration - Status: Disabled Computer. Not sure what all that means. I clicked to get new key but it looks like what I got was the same as I had before. If the program still works will try 'different video files' and see what happens.

Nope! - Program will no longer work. Started a conversion of a video file 11GB and said it would complete in 16 minutes, so I knew it would fail so I stopped it.

Well, now I've done it. Have to wait 4 days before I can do anything.

Just an update on this issue. I have to assume that the issue is “not” with convertX but with the video files. Could be wrong, but when I encounter this issue I download a different version of the ‘video’ file in question and all goes well. So now I don’t “automatically” burn any ‘result’, since I have the “VIDEO_TS” file being automatically saved, I then look at the ‘log’ and if everything is O.K. I then burn to DVD.

Can you get more info on those files (versions) that are causing this problem?
Mainly what encoder has been used etc.
I have similar problems with some files.

Just a 'final' update on this issue, from me. 6 out of 7 times that this has occurred, going back to November 2019, the video files were made by someone - "FGT", whom ever that is. And when I got 'someone' else's video file the issue did not occur. That said, most of the 'movie' files that I down are from "FGT". Never an issue with TV shows, but "FGT" doesn't make 'those' video files.

So, again, I have to assume its not an ConvertX software issue.

Most likely this is encoder issue, some release groups are modifying encoders slightly.
In most cases files encoded that way play fine on computer but do not convert. Usually those files have problems playing over network too.
This issue is fixed when info about those encoding details are updated.
