Lifetime key no-longer works

Lifetime key no-longer works
After erasing my pc and re-installing all my software, covertxtodvd nolonger allows my life-time key. "Too many PC's added to this key error", I don't understand this error. I've only used this key on my personal computer? How do I fix this for a life-time key?

This worked for me: If you click 'Help/Tools" and then select enter license key, and do so, that should work. Also, if you click help/tools and click on 'About" it will show if its licensed or trial.
That said, Maggie once had to take control of my PC to fix this issue.
