Intel or AMD Ryzen?

Did anyone test both platforms or has information on which One runs faster?
I need to assemble a new machine but since i really need to use this software i would like to pick the best

Just small side-info (no feedback about the perf, we have no opinion on that):
We have only been able to test with INTEL (we'll soon purchase an AMD to test)

Im not trying to start a war between both brands, but we all know some softwares favour one more then an other in some cases and that is all i want to know

My CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 2400G, ConvertXtoDVD utilizes about 50% of CPU Performance when converting a 1080p x265 video with 5.1 AAC audio.

I Think CXD is not Optimized for AMD CPUs (Unfortunately)

On my I9 9900K I got about 400fps when converting without best quality.

OK. 356 fps on xvid 700x352. On HD 1920x1080 to dvd about 90+ fps. CX version is 7.0.0.56. Using lanczos filter. And SP mode.
Using 2-pass on 700x352 i got on 1st pass 420+ fps.

Using old version 5.1.0.15 i got 600+ fps on 700x352. HD 1920x1080 got 95 fps. Using one pass, lanczos filter and SP mode. No best quality.
