x265 support

I have converted a few videos lately that some chapters fail to read when playing on dvd player.
Has anybody had any issues converting X265 that are either very slow to convert or with DVDs that are failing?

It would have been ideal to send a clip to the support team for checking. But as things stand at VSO it is highly improbable to get a reply.
It appears that everybody is on holliday.
