Encoding stops at a certain percent

Hey!

I bought ConvertXtoHD a month ago and I have a problem with the encoding part. Some episodes I encode stops at a certain percentage, like 34.9 %. When i check "Output size" the subtitle keeps going, it goes up to like 500 mb before I stop encoding. What can be the problem?

I have not seen this before, what are your computer hardware specs and which operating system do you use?

Thnx for answering! :) I downloaded the lastet version, the beta version and it works now. Think it was a bug when it encoded the subtitles
