Audible/Visible Alarm after conversion?

Hi,

I am using ConvertXtoDVD v7, and whenever I used to convert mp4s, MKVs, AVIs etc etc to DVD format, when it finished, I used to get a "your conversion has finished" audio message with a pop up box saying the same - suddenly, that has stopped happening, even though it still converts everything as before.

How can I get that audio/visual message back?

Could you try a clean/fresh install of our last version:

Please check all three cleaning options. (see attached screenshot)
