Is it possible to replace the video in a title added to CXD? What I want to do is import a video file and keep its audio track, but replace the video with a different video. Preferably, a still image that displays for the length of the audio, but I will accept the ability to just replace the video with a different video with no audio in it. I can work with that, too.
I know it's possible to add audio tracks to an existing imported video file, but is it possible to replace the video in a file with different video?
Thanks!

Re: Replacing the video in a title?
Hello,
Haven’t use ConvertXtoDVD in a long time..
I also own ConvertXtoVideo.
I would convert the file (with the audio you want) to High Quality audio only with ConvertXtoVideo
Then add this new audio track to your video, only keep this audio track.
Good luck...

Re: Replacing the video in a title?
Ah, your suggestion gave me an idea I didn't think of. I can extract the audio from the video I have as an AAC file with AVIDeMux. Then, use Wondershare Filmora to convert the AAC file to video MP4. It allows the use of a still image over the course of an audio file when converted to video. Then, I can import that new Wondershare MP4 into CXD for DVD creation.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Yay, you have a plan
Have fun...
Add audio does not Support importing an AAC audio ?

Re: Replacing the video in a title?
The problem is I need the original video replaced with another video stream. So, I can add AAC just fine to a CXD imported video, but I need the original video to be different. I need the original video replaced with a still image. So, that apparently requires creating a whole new video file because CXD apparently doesn't support replacing the video with another video stream or a still image.
Re: Replacing the video in a title?
File 1) Video I want to keep
File 2 ) Video but with the audio I want on video from File 1
Using ConvertXtoVideo, convert file 2 to AUDIO ONLY
Load File 1 in CxD (Delete ALL Audio Stream)
Load new extracted audio from file 2 into your above conversion.
Results: Video from File 1 with Audio from File 2
Again, have fun
I no idea about STILL images, I would need to try and test

Me again
ConvertXtoVideo lets you load a STILL IMAGE.
Then you can add an Audio Stream to it...

Re: Replacing the video in a title?
I don't have a license for ConvertXToVideo, so I can't use that. But, I do have a license for Wondershare Filmora. :)
