no burn window after convering blu ray

hi ive just converted a series with 8 episodes converted fine all 100% took 7 hours, ive done this 3 times now but no window pops up to show burn to disc, blu ray burner installed fine shows connected in (my pc),many thanks any ideas, i would add image but dont know how to

Never used ConvertXtoHD.

But once converted, there is no menu option to burn existing output or something like this ?
Without the need to reconvert everything !

Do you have a media in your burner ?
I would only trust good medias like Verbatim.

try rechecking options when set up the files to convert. If no burn popup window, then probably set to write to a file instead of a disk
