The key is used on too many computers

Bought a new computer and now key won't work. Please send me a new key.

I didn't know exactly what you wanted me to do. I clicked on the reinstall and it stated it was an unlicensed trial for "7" days. I tried to enter my 'key' and I got the same message: "The key is used..." I burned a TV show and it completed without issue. Went back to your "vsoreport" and tried to fill it out. However it would not allow me to copy / paste 'my' key, as you know its a 'very' long key. If I tried to type it I'm sure I would get something wrong. I tried to copy /paste the 'log' of the TV show but It wouldn't allow me to do that either.

I'm going to try and enter the key manually, but I might make a mistake.

I should add that I 'did' buy a refursbished Dell computer and installed ConvertX on it, but I keep running into issues with the PC, not with convertx, so I decided to buy a new PC. Which I just setup and that's when the issue came up.
