Watch Movies from USB on TV

hi,
i’m trying to figure out how to get my sons TV to watch movies from a USB, it worked for a bit then i put different movies on the usb and now it isn’t working.

any suggestions? a format? anything? any suggestions would be great thank you~

I have done what you are talking about a number of times without issue. I have to use the 'remote' that came for the TV, "NOT" the remote from the cable company. 1) plug in usb 2) select input source - usb 3) select 'video' - play.

One final point, because my HDMI 'jack' is in the back of my TV, I have a HDMI cable plugged into the 'jack' to make it easy to connect my usb. Your setup may be different.
