Subtitle problem2

Have this movie and found subtitles....the subtitles roughly 4 sec behind.....how I do the adjustment???? here the screenshot

If you found subtitles separately from movie then most likely they are in different fps or even for different "cut" of movie.
Use separate subtitle editor (lot of free ones on net) to match subtitles with your video.
