I believe I reported this in the past so I this is not version dependent.
A conversion completes successfully. I close BRC. Wait a moment. I'm the type of guy who like to have a clean HD. So, I go to the BRC Log folder and attempt to delete all files. Surprise, one is locked! I look at Processes in Task Manager and sure enough, vsoBlurayConverter is listed. I delete the process and then am able to delete the last log file.
Hint: Perform an actual conversion and see if you experience same.

Michael,
I inquired and was told VSO does not plan to support BRC any longer. Convert X To DVD can perform same function plus more. Personally, I prefer to use BRC for its function. No big deal to force unload.
