Skipped due to settings (BUG or not ? )

Hello Katia,

Before I open a bug report, can you ask Dictator if this is a bug or not please ?

I am trying to make a Print Screen but it's not working

I have my settings set to 'Automatic' so it should check for updates on EVERY START of the application....

I see a message that gets displayed 'skipped due to settings'

#1 I should NOT see this message
#2 if it actually skips, I still get the software & engine updates

I changed it to check ONCE A DAY and still saw the message...

Please open a bug report if Dictator says it needs to be looked into

Jacques has just looked at the code, there is actually a bug in Downloader with updates and settings.
I had an other user with the same message today, but in his case the program really doesn't get updates
We will fix it quickly. Thank you for your message!
