Im having a problem even starting VSO Downloader 6 theres an engine problem any ideas

Hello,

Have you tried downloading VSO Downloader & reinstalling it with the .exe installer ?
An engine should be installed.

Start there & report further issues.

I will try it on my pc right now see if I am ok…

Me again,

Downloader start perfectly on my PC...

Download the latest version here:

https://download.vso-software.fr/archiv ... .0.101.exe

and re-install it...

Try to do a full uninstall of Downloader. Uninstall it, then use our tool CleanVSO to remove all leftovers of the software (pay attention to chose only Downloader in CleanVSO if you have several VSO programs), and then install Downloader again from here: https://download.vso-software.fr/archiv ... .0.101.exe

Hummm probably something in the configurations file & or in the registry.

Thar CleanVSO will remove it 100%

that cleanvso doesnt even pick up my vso downloader 6 installation

Hello,

Looks like it’s in demo mode for now, have you entered your email address ?

It should then go online and find your registration else continue in demo I guess

thats the pic i get before the engine missing pic theres definitely something wrong im bemused why there is no one from the company answering this looks to me like they take your money and run very frustrating

I have a feeling VSO might need a Remote Desktop session, this is really bizarre…
Let’s see what Katia says and suggest

Yes, it is strange, it would be good to see it remotely.
